We’re dedicated to building a safe, inclusive space for community members and their gatherings. Rent the Velvet Fox for game nights, yoga classes, or craft groups at affordable rates with flexible options.
Hourly weekday rates
Standard hourly weekday rates. Discounted six and 12-hour packages can be scheduled immediately or as you go.
*Scheduling is first-come, first-served and subject to blackout dates. Your date is not guaranteed until payment is received. Time of year and nonprofit standing affect final pricing.
Regular Community Rental Packages
We offer discounted rates for those who commit to regular bookings. Choose from hourly rentals or 4-hour blocks at accessible rates, with even greater savings when you book multiple sessions.
Regular Block Pricing
Block pricing for regular 4-hour blocks. Discounted six and 12-block packages can be scheduled immediately or as you go.
Benefits of Regular Rental
Flexible Scheduling: Date swapping allowed whenever possible (with notice).
Additional Perks: Complimentary beverage service once a month.
Priority Booking: Regular renters have first dibs on renewing their preferred time slots when their package is coming to an end.
