Tired of shouting over bad music and pretending that’s flirting? Same.
Come hang out at Tardigrade’s and the Velvet Fox lounge every fourth Friday for a Singles Night that’s actually designed for conversation and connection. Cozy lighting. Comfy seating. A space where you can hear each other think.
With Tardigrade’s Bookshelf offering a variety of coffee drinks, microbrew beer, wine, and mocktails, and the Velvet Fox Cocktail Lounge offering craft cocktails, classic mixed drinks, and popular beer options. No pressure to drink, options for the social drinker to sober-curious. We also have snacks.
We’ll have board games, LEGO, and low-pressure activities to keep your hands busy while you chat — because sometimes it’s easier to connect when you’re building something (or gently dominating at Scrabble).
Come solo. Leave with a number, a new friend, or at the very least a pleasant evening in a room full of interesting humans.
No sports bar energy or loud music. Just warmth, curiosity, and maybe a little chemistry among like-minded people.
