This is a day of redistributing joy for families navigating inflation, lost benefits, and rising costs. A new holiday tradition rooted in care—not consumption.

How it works:
Register as a swapper or maker via the form below. Makers are provided with a 6-foot folding table and 2 folding chairs. Swapper space varies based on donated items.
Swappers and makers arrive between 9 am and 9:30 am to place their items on the table and set up for the event.
Swappers are not expected to supervise their tables, and the only money exchanging hands should be with registered makers/crafters/small businesses.
Swappers and makers have exclusive access to “shop” donated items until our doors open to the public at 10 am. Swappers receive additional tickets for donated items.
Public shoppers will receive at least 10 tickets per person at the door (or more based on turnout, to keep it fair). Tickets are then exchanged at a 1-for-1 ratio at the checkout.

Swapper & Maker Guidelines:
1. We will not accept multilevel marketing representatives or resellers. This event is focused on small businesses and home crafters.
2. As business owners in support of a nationwide general strike, we are not asking our employees to work the weekend of Thanksgiving. Therefore, we ask that participants agree to the following:

• Adhering to the designated schedule
• Removing all leftover donated items at the end of the swap meet (we are working on finding an organization or organizations to donate leftover items to, more info coming soon)
• Bring only items in clean, good, working, or like-new condition, with no stains, rips, or damage (no “play condition” or “for parts”, etc)
• Keep all interactions civil, with no “outside” bartering or sales of donated items

3. Large/Expensive Item Donations: Please leave large or expensive items at home and instead, send us a photo and description of the item(s) and we’ll print them out for shoppers & swappers. You will be responsible for organizing the swap.
